Educational Webinar – Osteoarthritis & Exercise

Osteoarthritis (OA) is the leading cause of chronic pain and second commonest cause of disability and early retirement in Australia. Health statistics show that people over the age of 45 years with OA are less likely to perceive their health is excellent or as good than those who do not have OA.

OA occurs when joints become inflamed and irritated over time. Symptoms include joint pain, stiffness, weakness and may lead to reduced function and quality of life.

In this webinar, our team of experts include Dr Jason Lam (Sports Doctor), Emma Searle (Physiotherapist) and Sam Waley (Exercise Physiologist) who will discuss the management of this very common problem.

There will be an opportunity for Questions and Answers at the end of the session.
