Dr Naomi Kilov is a compassionate and experienced GP registrar who brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to patient care. With a particular interest in paediatric and neonatal medicine — including a year as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registrar. Naomi is passionate about supporting young families and children, as well as performing minor procedures such as skin excisions, iron infusions, and Implanon insertions.

Naomi is completing her specialist training in general practice, having previously worked across a range of hospital and community settings with Monash Health and in multiple general practices. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Tasmania, graduating in 2016. Her ongoing commitment to education and research has been recognised through the prestigious Academic Post Program with the University of Melbourne, where she explored how GPs support families of unsettled infants.

She has additional training through the Sydney Child Health Program and is passionate about making healthcare accessible, respectful, and collaborative. Her patients often describe her as warm, non-judgemental, and determined to find the best path forward — even in complex circumstances.

Outside the clinic, Naomi enjoys painting, spending time in nature, and being with her young family (including two much-loved rescue dogs).
