Dr Naomi Kilov Named Finalist in 2026 endoMEtriosis Art Competition

February 26, 2026

We are proud to share that our own Dr Naomi Kilov has been selected as a finalist in the 2026 endoMEtriosis Art Competition, a national competition presented by QENDO and sponsored by Gedeon Richter.

This year’s competition received more than 130 submissions from across Australia. Entries were judged on creativity and originality, the ability to challenge perceptions, and emotional impact.

Up to 1 in 7 Australian women+ live with endometriosis; a chronic, often invisible condition that can cause significant pain, fatigue, infertility, and disruption to work, relationships, and quality of life. Through art, the competition seeks to “make the invisible visible,” highlighting lived experience while building community awareness and advocacy.

Dr Kilov’s artwork was selected as a finalist for its creativity, depth, and powerful interpretation of the theme. Finalist works will be displayed at the Awards Ceremony on 2 March 2026 at 1 Shelley Street, Barangaroo, Sydney, with winners announced on the evening. Selected works may also be showcased at the CBD Gallery exhibition from 3–5 March.

The competition includes four prizes, including a major prize and a People’s Choice Award, with the People’s Choice winner determined by votes cast by attendees at the Awards Ceremony.

Dr Kilov understands the profound impact endometriosis has on patients and families. Her participation reflects Bayside Family Medical’s commitment to compassionate, whole-person care and to advocating for greater awareness of women’s health.

Please join us in congratulating Dr Kilov on this wonderful achievement as the competition finalists are celebrated in March.
